Planning Your Visit
Experience one of the world’s most outstanding collections of rare and diverse plants through a visit to Heronswood Garden. We recommend you plan your visit in advance as access to the garden is limited to pre-scheduled dates and times.
Beginning in 2018, the garden will be open to the public for self-guided tours every Friday and Saturday of the month, March through October, from 10:00am-3:00pm (last garden entry at 2:30pm). The entry fee is $10 for adults, $5 ages 7-17, free for ages 6 and under. Free for Port Gamble S’Klallam Community members and Heronswood Garden members. A map is included with your self-tour. The garden is disabled accessible. There will be specialty plant vendor sales at Friday and Saturday Opens.
We also offer pre-scheduled guided tours throughout the year. Please visit our Tours page for more information and to book a tour.
The garden is also open to the public when we host our highly popular Plant Sale & Garden Open events in early spring, spring, summer and fall. For more information, please visit our Events page.
