Tickets for this Event are Sold Out
Back to Basics
Do you confuse petals and sepals? Can you spot a meristem or midrib? Do bulbs, corms or tubers all look the same? Join botanist Dr. Ross Bayton as he provides a basic botany primer for anyone who's interested in plants. If you're a gardener, then this information is crucial when pruning, propagating or planting. Go back to school to refresh your botanical know-how, but in the much more pleasing grounds of Heronswood Garden.
All in-person classes are limited to 15 attendees in order to facilitate social distancing. Masks must be worn. A significant portion of this class is held outside, so attendees should dress appropriately. Class may be rescheduled in the event of bad weather.
