Just in time for Halloween and Haunted Heronswood, join Head Gardener Matt Jevnikar and Asst. Director Riz Reyes for a fun and engaging class to talk about some of the critters you might encounter in the garden. Which are the good guys? Who are the bad? Learn to identify the most common insects in the landscape and how to manage them should they become a problem. A great class for the beginner gardener.
All in-person classes are limited to 20 attendees to facilitate social distancing. Masks are recommended, but not compulsory. A significant portion of this class is held outside, so attendees should dress appropriately. Classes may be rescheduled in the event of bad weather.
