Needle in a Haystack
As residents of the Evergreen State, there is a tendency to take conifers for granted. As they are all around us, why add more to your garden? Other criticisms include "they grow too big" and "they are boring and never change". Join conifer nut Dr. Ross Bayton as he aims to dispel these myths and foster a new appreciation of this diverse and fascinating group. Ross will show you how to identify the main conifer groups and suggest good garden varieties and how to use them.
All in-person classes are limited to 15 attendees in order to facilitate social distancing. Masks must be worn. A significant portion of this class is held outside, so attendees should dress appropriately. Class may be rescheduled in the event of bad weather.
