It's been over six months since Heronswood's new director moved here from North Carolina, and he's really getting to grips with what grows well here in the Pacific Northwest. But that doesn't mean he's any less enthusiastic about East Coast native plants. Join Dr. Patrick McMillan as he extols the virtues of plants from back home, suggesting a wide array of great plants that will thrive here, many of which he'll be trialing at Heronswood.
