Gardeners are accustomed to incorporating color into the garden, combining different shades to create a pleasing effect. But designing with scent is a whole different ballgame. Fragrant plants vary in intensity, peak season and the subtle nuances of their odor profile. Join the odorous Dan Hinkley as he reveals his favorite fragrant plants for Pacific Northwest gardens, with suggestions on possible plant pairings to maximize the impact of scent.
All in-person classes are limited to 15 attendees in order to facilitate social distancing. Masks must be worn. A significant portion of this class is held outside, so attendees should dress appropriately. Class may be rescheduled in the event of bad weather.
