A Taste of the East
For over 25 years, plant hunter Dan Hinkley has traveled in China, collecting and studying its wealth of glorious plants. Gardeners in the Pacific Northwest and around the world have benefited from these expeditions, which have brought untold floral wealth into our gardens. Join Dan for a tour of Heronswood where he highlights his favorite Chinese collections and recounts his many journeys into this fascinating and beautiful land.
All in-person classes are limited to 20 attendees in order to facilitate social distancing. Masks are recommended, but not compulsory. A significant portion of this class is held outside, so attendees should dress appropriately. Classes may be rescheduled in the event of bad weather.
