Plants That Rescue: Herbal First Aid

Plants That Rescue: Herbal First Aid

An In-person Class

Herbal heroes

Throughout the ages, plants have assisted humanity with chronic and acute health concerns. Join Debby Purser and Erin Lanum to focus on plants and methods of herbal first aid but not just for the body, also for the mind/emotional body. Whether you have gotten a cut on a hike, a bee sting, or are feeling anxious about the world around us, there are readily accessible plants and strategies that can help reduce suffering and offer support until you return home or can seek medical attention. Discover how plants have been aiding us since time immemorial. This class will include a garden walk.

All in-person classes are limited to 25 attendees. A significant portion of this class is held outside, so attendees should dress appropriately. Classes may be rescheduled in the event of bad weather.
