An In-person Class

Reaching new heights

Vines and other climbing plants connect the different layers of the garden, joining the herbs at ground level with the shrubs and trees above. Not only do they provide colorful flowers and foliage, but they can also be used to screen out unsightly walls and improve privacy. Join Dr. Ross Bayton for a tour of his favorite vines and see how Heronswood uses them.

All in-person classes are limited to 20 attendees to facilitate social distancing. Masks are recommended, but not compulsory. A significant portion of this class is held outside, so attendees should dress appropriately. Classes may be rescheduled in the event of bad weather.
